SSL Client ID Reset                        

Did you know you can reset your SSL Client ID in MyTravelport?

 

 

In some instances, this may resolve issues when Travelport Smartpoint fails to connect or you receive one of the following connectivity errors:

  • Cannot connect to Host
  • Remote Host not Responding
  • Failed to Open Connection
  • Error: Host Unreachable

 

Before resetting your SSL Client ID, you must know what the ID is. To find this out, follow the steps below:

 

1. On your machine, open Control Panel

2. Double click on Galileo TCP/IP

3. Note the Client ID listed and click OK to exit

 

You can then click on the link below and login to MyTravelport to launch the Client ID Reset:
